Refunds: A registrant shall receive a refund of 75% of their registration fees if written notice is received by the Central Office more than 30 calendar days prior to the beginning of the seminar. If received less than 30 calendar days but more than 7 days, they shall receive a refund of 50%. No refund shall be given if notice is received within 7 days of the start of the seminar.
