Exhibitor/attendee appointments during non-exhibit hall hours:
Exhibitors are encouraged to schedule appointments, demonstrations and other meetings with Annual Meeting Attendees during non-exhibit hall hours. If you wish to host a private hospitality suite or other event during CBBS’ annual meeting, please contact CBBS at (916) 560-8536 to ensure you receive the best service from Paradise Point and are recognized as being “in conjunction with” our meeting.
Exhibitor Registration and Badges
Your exhibitor agreement includes complimentary registration for the number of exhibiting team members allotted for the exhibitor level you choose. Online registration for exhibiting staff members will be available after January 18, 2016. You may modify your list until March 21, 2016. After that date, any changes or additions must be made onsite.
Each exhibitor must retrieve his or her own badge at the registration desk. Badges must be worn at all times, and are required for entry into the exhibit hall and at all program events. Should you wish to send an exhibitor for one day and replace them with a different person the next, a flex pass can be issued. A $50.00 administrative fee is charged for this service.
The Exhibit Hall floorplan will be distributed once the deadline for submission of agreements has passed. The layout is subject to change. CBBS’ booth assignment priority is based on (1) the level of participating, and (2) the date the agreements are received. Special consideration is given in the following order: Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and then Silver levels. If a conflict arises, the exhibitor with the longest history of continuous participating at CBBS meetings will be given priority. Consideration is given to neighboring requests whenever possible.
All Diamond, Platinum, and Gold booths are 10’ wide and 10’ deep. Diamond level booths face the entry doors of the Exhibit Hall, while Platinum and Gold level booths are strategically located within the Exhibit Hall, once the Diamond level booths are placed. Silver level booths are 10’ wide and 6’ deep. All furniture and other items for the booth are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Need to confirm with Paradise Point that the hall is carpeted (and what color).
