Transfusion Medicine Therapy ManualThe Transfusion Medicine Therapy Manual was developed by the staff of the Division of Transfusion Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Medical Center, supported in part by Transfusion Medicine Academic Award KO7 HL02151 from the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute. Major contributors were Dr. Lawrence D. Petz, Loni Calhoun, MT(ASCP)SBB and Dr. Steven Kleinman. The Manual was published in 1996.
