Materials:
When allograft tissue is requested by an authorized individual,it is the responsibility of the blood bank to assure that the requestedproduct is ordered from the supplier. Autologous bone flaps are obtainedby neurosurgery and oral surgery, and the autografts are delivered to bloodbank for storage. Blood Bank staff are responsible for inventory and issue.Resource Personnel
