Temperature ranges for mobile collections?

The blood bank for a major California University recently cancelled a mobile blood drive due to uncomfortable temperatures. The Mobile QA Monitor writes that they are considering renting portable A/C or heating equipment and asks: "Has any other donor center set minimum or maximum temperatures for for mobile blood drive settings?" Has this been a concern for others?
