Management of a potential PBSC transplant recipient with multiple red cell antibodies

A colleague in Australia would appreciate comments regarding the management of a potential Peripheral Blood Stem Cell transplant recipient who has anti-Jka, anti-Cob, anti-Csa plus an red cell autoantibody. The patient has not yet received a PBSC transplant, and the inquiring colleague does not yet know the red cell phenotype of any potential donor for with regards to antigens that correspond to the aforementioned antibodies. He would like to know if the presence of any of these antibodies is likely to cause engraftment problems for erythroid lineage if the donor carries the corresponding antigens.
