Acceptability of a stem-cell donor with uncertain Rh typing results

A transfusion medicine physician in Heidelberg, Germany reports that a prospective allogeneic stem cell donor was seen at their center (female, 47 years old) whose red cell typing result prior to collection was group A, but whose D and C typings showed mixed field agglutination (about 80-90% of the red cells appeared to be D and C positive, and about 10-20% of the red cells appeared to be D and C negative). The aforementioned mixed field typing results suggested the possible coexistence of two populations of red cells (at least for the D and C antigens) in the prospective donor. She denied past pregnancies or transfusions. The inquiring colleague wonders if others would accept this prospective donor for stem cell donation? If not, why not?
