CBBS Educational Fund

The purpose of this fund is to further support our mission of providing continuing education opportunities to professionals in transfusion medicine. The fund may be applied in a variety of ways:

  • To support a speaker or program at a regional seminar or at the Annual Meeting

  • To provide financial assistance, when there is a need, to enable transfusion medicine professionals, blood bank fellows, or nursing, medical technology or SBB students to attend a CBBS Regional Seminar or the CBBS Annual Meeting

We urge you to support our efforts to make our continuing education programs available to all in need. If you feel that you have benefited from the programs offered through CBBS or the information provided on our web site and through the e-Network Forum, please support the CBBS Educational fund by making a contribution. Our ability to help others helps us to build and strengthen professional relationships, which ultimately supports our mission of helping save the lives of patients who need blood.

Donors will be listed in CBBS Today, if they so wish. For gifts made “in memoriam” or “in honor”, those remembered or honored will be listed as well.

The California Blood Bank Society Membership thanks the following people for their 2012-2013 fiscal year donation to the CBBS Educational Fund
