The Hyatt Regency

The CBBS Annual Meeting has preferred rates for all attendees. We strongly encourage you to stay at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco which helps us offset the costs of meeting space, exhibit hall rental, food and beverage and many other costs associated with the annual meeting. These are sizeable costs to CBBS that must be covered. Attendees who stay in other hotels do not help offset these expenses, which puts CBBS at risk of financial penalties due to low sleeping room bookings. Your Hyatt reservation helps to keep our annual meeting fees reasonable, which is a benefit for you and your fellow CBBS members. Thank you.

Registration

Advance registration is encouraged for the Annual Meeting at discounted registration fees. To take advantage of these discounted fees, register online, by fax or by mail no later than March 3, 2012. Please note that there is a $10 additional fee for offline registration. Register online and save!
Registration forms and payment MUST BE RECEIVED by March 3, 2012. After this date, registrations will only be accepted on-site in San Francisco and will be charged at the full price.
To register at the member rate, 2012 CBBS individual membership must be current or included with your meeting registration. Online membership applications and printable membership applications can be found HERE.

Refund Policy

A registrant shall receive a refund of 75% of their registration fees if written notice is received by the Central Office more than 30 calendar days prior to the beginning of the meeting. If received less than 30 calendar days but more than 7 days, they shall receive a refund of 50%. No refund shall be given if notice is received within 7 days of the start of the meeting.
