We encourage you to reserve your hotel guest suite early to guarantee availability in the SCABB/CBBS room block. All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of first night’s room and tax charge. Cancellations are allowed without penalty up to 72-hours prior to scheduled arrival date. The Hotel shall charge one night’s guest suite rate plus tax for cancellations within 72-hours of the arrival date.
